Service Provider Resource Team

Meeting Time: The 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10:00 am

Purpose: To connect with local service providers, identify barriers that prevent agencies from connecting clients with affordable housing options, determine resource needs that would allow agencies to be more effective in meeting the housing needs of their clients.

Outcomes:

• Increase the number of clients connected to housing.
• Decrease the amount of time it takes to find housing options for clients.
• Develop resources to support service providers.
