Section 811 Program

The Section 811 program allows persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the community by subsidizing rental housing opportunities which provide access to appropriate supportive services.

811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) Program – this program falls under Inglis’ Regional Housing Coordinator Program. If you need information on who the Regional Coordinator is for Cumberland County, send us an email.

Inglis’ Self-Determination Housing of Pennsylvania (SDHP) advocates for accessible, affordable, and integrated housing opportunities for individuals with disabilities. SDHP is the statewide waitlist administrator for the 811 Project Rental Assistance Program and provides training and technical assistance to service providers wishing to refer their participants to the program.
